Hi, I'm
Monica
Polish-American Journalist
A Polish upbringing taught me to listen attentively and to never measure a person’s intelligence by their ability to communicate. These principles, along with the ability to see the world from a different perspective, attracted me to the field of journalism and mass communication. With each person I encounter, a piece of advice stays with me. Seemingly ordinary people may contain a wealth of knowledge and unbelievable stories just waiting to be shared, but prejudice and impatience can hinder a person’s ability to hear that story. Compassion, openness, and acceptance are qualities I inherited as a Polish-American.
